Our commitment
We aim to make this website usable for as many people as possible and to meet WCAG 2.2 AA standards where reasonably practical.
What we've improved
- Skip link to main content and consistent page structure
- Keyboard support for navigation, FAQ tabs and FAQ accordions
- Visible focus states on links, buttons and form controls
- Form labels, browser validation and aria-live status messaging
- Reduced-motion support and responsive layouts
Known limitations
Links to third-party services, including external mapping services, lead to websites whose accessibility is outside our direct control.
We have reviewed page structure, keyboard operation, focus states, responsive layouts and form feedback, but this is not a claim of full WCAG conformance.
We have not yet completed an independent third-party accessibility audit.
